房間很寬敞，衞生也很好，服務熱情周到，還給升級了房型，湯池很有特色，各方面細節做的都很到位。特別是很貼心的做了遊覽指南，對第一次來峨眉山的人幫助很大。

房間乾淨，前台服務人員熱情周到，個人覺得房間設施（椅子，洗漱用品等）有點兒和酒店不太匹配，湯池的更衣室設備齊全，游泳池的設施有點兒陳舊，當然木質的東西，一直在潮濕的環境有些脱皮開裂也是正常，僅僅是影響美觀而已
